They provided excellent customer service and were always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with key attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. the rooms werevery comfy and tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and repairs. The hallway carpets were in poor condition, with visible signs of wear and tear.

Great location, friendly staff, helpful front desk clerk, excellent restaurant suggestions, tours and transportation assistance.

The hotel was fairly clean and top-notch, had attentive staff and fashionable rooms. I loved the room with double bed, my bed was good. Variety of food for breakfast, the food was amazing. The property had a very central location and it was walking distance to Bahnhof Istanbul Sirkeci.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met what we needed, totally recommend it.

The location of the hotel was great, allowing me to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. I had a pleasant stay at Sapphire.

Location and staff were very good, we enjoyed that everything was great.

The venue was set in the central position short walk to a train station, Blue Mosque and main attractions. I had some drinks at Red River Pub, positioned 400 metres away. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Istanbul.

From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted by friendly staff who catered to my every need. The room was spotlesslyvery comfy and tidy, providing a relaxing environment. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and just a short walk away from the tram station. I even got upgraded to a better room without any extra cost. The facilities to store luggage were convenient for exploring other cities. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Brilliant and fairly clean place to stay in. Its location at a moderate distance from a Grand bazaar was top. You could walk to shops and convenience stores...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I stayed at Sapphire for 3 nights with my daughter and had a great experience. The hotel's location in the old city was very convenient and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was friendly and humorous, creating a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was superb and had a wide variety of choices. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the hotel provided excellent room service. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing, on a car-free street with lots of restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance of all the sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We appreciated the attention to detail, like the soundproofed rooms and the welcome drink upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was also delicious, with lots of options to choose from.

The WiFi was unreliable , which was frustrating. The double room we stayed in was on the smaller side, with limited storage space for clothes.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being close to major attractions and the city center. It's situated next to the tram line and near the Blue Mosque, making it easy to explore the city. The interior of the rooms could use a touch-up, as some parts appeared to be oldish.

This place has a great location! It is situated in a pedestrianised street with lots of restaurants around. It is near popular attractions like the blue mosque, aya sophia and topkapi palace. We were able to walk to many of the sights, making it very convenient. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, always trying to assist us even if they didn't understand our requests. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed including an ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus.

The front desk service at this hotel was excellent. They were very accommodating and helpful, and quickly changed my room when it didn't meet my cleanliness standards. The staff, including the receptionists and the breakfast man, were friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is centrally located, within a 7-10 minute walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Bosphorus, and the spice and grand bazaars. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the WC facilities were excellent.

We loved the central location of the hotel, close to everything. It was within walking distance of the most famous attractions and very close to a train station that we didn't have to take a taxi to. The hotel's proximity to the center of all city transportation made it very easy for us to explore the city. we enjoyed the big breakfast buffet every morning, and the staff was attentive.
